SageScape LLC owns and operates the Tech Policy Central site. This page is where we outline some of the legalese surrounding your use of this Web site. By using the Tech Policy Central site, you agree to these terms of service .

When you use the Tech Policy Central site, you are subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please click here to review that policy.

3. Modifications
SageScape LLC may modify these Terms of Service from time to time at its sole discretion. Any modifications will be posted on this page. SageScape LLC may also decide to modify or discontinue Tech Policy Central, or any portion thereof, without notice to you and without liability to you or any 3rd party.

4. Use of Tech Policy Central
There are opportunities (which are completely optional) for you to share information on Tech Policy Central, such as when you comment on an existing blog post or submit a blog post of your own. Any time you provide information via the site, you are solely responsible for the content - and any consequences - of that communication.

You agree that you will not submit any material of any kind that is unlawful, libelous, abusive, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.

SageScape LLC reserves the right to screen all visitor comments, blog posts, audio, photos, videos and any other materials that may be submitted before they appear on Tech Policy Central and, at our sole discretion, to prohibit any of that material from appearing on the site.

When you submit a comment, your user ID will be published on the site alongside your comment.

You acknowledge that Tech Policy Central, its logo and tagline are trademarks of SageScape LLC and that the content on Tech Policy Central is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights. Except as explicitly provided otherwise by SageScape LLC, the Terms of Service and applicable copyright, trademark and other laws govern your use of such content. You may not post, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise transfer any material that infringes any of these rights.

By submitting content to Tech Policy Central, such as comments or blog posts, you grant SageScape LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide on this site.

6. Claims of Copyright Infringement
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials that appear on Tech Policy Central infringe your copyright, you may send Tech Policy Central a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it blocked.

SAGESCAPE LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT TECH POLICY CENTRAL WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT TECH POLICY CENTRAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES SAGESCAPE LLC MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF TECH POLICY CENTRAL. SAGESCAPE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORSEEABLE OR NOT, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE UNAVAILABILITY OR MALFUNCTION OF TECH POLICY CENTRAL.

9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws provisions.
