The chromebook is a great device for those who are always on the go. It allows you to quickly access your email, social media, and other sites from anywhere with an internet connection. However, it can be difficult to find your way around without a keyboard light up or backlit keypad. In this article we will show you how easy it can be to make your chromebook keyboard light up!
A backlight for the keyboard is now available on a number of Chromebooks. This is a fantastic feature since it makes operating your Chromebook considerably simpler when the sunlight around you isn’t sufficient.
Turn on your chromebook and press the full-screen button. Press ctrl, shift, and brightness up at the same time to turn on your chromebook keyboard light.
To dim or brighten your chromebooks backlight simply press alt + brightness up/down buttons.
You can also access these settings by clicking “settings” in your apps tray (the circle that spins when you click it) then selecting “brightness“. From there you can adjust how bright or dark you want your chromebook’s keyboard backlight!
If none of those options work for you try restarting both devices to make sure they are not frozen. You can also try plugging in your chromebook to a power source, adding an external keyboard and mouse via USB ports, or asking Google for help by clicking the blue “Help” button on your chromebooks homepage.
